Dishwasher Leak Caused Mold in Daly City, CA

This Kitchen in Daly City, CA had a long term dishwasher leak that eventually caused Mold to Grow and Spread.  SERVPRO of South San Francisco City/ San Bruno was called out to help facilitate the Mold Remediation.  Unfortunately we couldn't remove the affected materials, but we did perform the cleaning and drying at the location.  The location was Positive for Asbestos, so we contacted a Certified Abatement Company to remove the Asbestos Containing Materials.  After the Materials was removed our Technicians Sanded and Cleaned the exposed wood framing.  We also applied an Antimicrobial Treatment to the affected Area.  Drying Equipment was placed to dry the wood framing.  After the whole remediation process was completed new materials was able to be placed.
