Water Damaged Garage in San Bruno, CA

This Garage had Water Damage from the Upstairs Vanity Room Sink Supply Line.  The Water Migrated below to the lower level and affected the Drywall and Insulation in the Garage.  Usually Drywall can be dried, but unfortunately in this situation the ceiling and wall cavity had insulation present. Once Insulation is wet it is considered non-salvageable and should to be removed.   SERVPRO of South San Francisco City/ San Bruno performed the required demolition.  Our Technicians removed the affected Ceiling and Wall Drywall and Insulation from the Garage.  They performed the demolition quickly and kept the garage clean from debris.  Great Job Guys!
