SERVPRO of South San Francisco City/ San Bruno was called out directly by a Homeowner to perform Water Mitigation Services in Burlingame, CA. The Customer had a water leak in their In-law Unit. The Water affected their Beautiful Hardwood Floors and Drywall Walls. Luckily our Technicians at SERVPRO of South San Francisco City/ San Bruno were able to get out quickly starting the Drying Process and setting up Equipment. The Customer was skeptical about being able to save the Hardwood and thought they would have to be removed. We placed our Hardwood Floor Drying System, a Dehumidifier and Air Mover’s. Drying Completed at this location and no demolition was required. We ended up saving the Hardwood Floors!
