Mold Remediation in San Mateo County

This Residential Home in San Mateo County had Mold Damage to the Bathroom.  The Mold was found behind the Bathroom Vanity.  SERVPRO of South San Francisco City/ San Bruno performed the Mold Remediation.  The affected Drywall and Insulation had to be removed to properly remediate the Mold Damage.  The Wood Framing had to be sanded down and cleaned.  We applied Antimicrobial to the exposed Wood Framing.  Mold Remediation is like having a Tooth Cavity, You want to make sure all the affected material is removed from the area.  Once the Remediation is completed you can replace the structure with the new materials.
