Water Damaged Bathroom in San Bruno, CA

This Bathroom in San Bruno, CA had Water Damage due from the Toilet Supply Line.  Even though the Homeowner contacted us early enough to mitigate the Water Damage the Vanity, Toilet, Baseboards and Vinyl Flooring all had to be removed since the Bathroom had a Wood Sub-floor.  Removing and drying the necessary materials ensures secondary damages do not occur.  Once the Sub-floor is exposed it is cleaned with an Antimicrobial.  Equipment is then placed to dry the Wood Sub-floor back to the acceptable levels. Once the Wood is declared Dry the Equipment can be removed so the Build Back Process can start.
